1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products returned after use or without original packaging.

Requests made after the 48-hour return window.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will coordinate the return pickup. Please ensure the product is securely packed. Returned items will be inspected before approval for exchange or refund.
4. Refund Method
As we only offer Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI, after return verification. Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
5. Exchange Option
Where applicable, you may choose to receive a replacement item instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.
